I am far too superstitous. But to be honest...why would one take the risk, when not taking it is just as effortless?

because when taking a risk, it's never about the effort needed for it. It's about the fear of not knowing what will come about from it. Fear and excitement go hand in hand with each other to keep us sane, level (for the life of me I cannot think of a fitting word here, I apologize). Knowledge is a powerful thing, however (excuse the cliche-ness), not knowing is sometimes far better, and in this case, a little thrilling, if you will.
I'm a college student who loves to cook and has absolutely no money to spare. I take recipes I find on t.v., online, or in magazines and make them more affordable...and hopefully, more tasty!
